Jack Sharman, a partner with Birmingham’s Lightfoot, Franklin & White, was appointed by Kemp’s govt order Wednesday. He will serve as distinctive counsel to the Ga Secretary of State’s office environment in an investigation by the Fulton County District Attorney.
