A political analyst claims anti-Iran “hostile statements” by Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev stem from Turkish-US-Israeli force aimed at dividing the two neighbors, warning that Tehran’s persistence has a restrict and it will punish Baku if the have to have arises.
