MANILA, Philippines — The Impression portion welcomes a new column currently, “Just Pondering,” by law firm Raphael A. Pangalangan.

Pangalangan has an outstanding resume: he gained his Juris Medical professional degree from the College of the Philippines and master’s in human legal rights from the University of Oxford, and done his postgraduate legislation diploma at the College of Cambridge.
