Bongino calls on Virginia officials to prosecute Alito protesters less than ‘right to tranquility’ legislation

Bongino reported that Virginia Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin has reported he is “monitoring” the scenario at the households of justices who reside in his condition, but urged the newly-elected leader to do much more.

In response to the unrest, fellow conservative Justice Clarence Thomas rebuked the protests, declaring in Atlanta that the Supreme Courtroom “can not be an institution that can be bullied into giving you just the results you want.”
