Caitlynne’s Law would improve bond technique

Andy Kahan, Criminal offense Stoppers’ Director of Target Products and services & Advocacy, has also been sounding the alarm about the broken bond process for months.

The problems stem partly from a lawsuit tough the county’s cash bail technique that generally discriminated from the inadequate and folks of colour. Melanie Infinger mentioned she had begged Caitlynn to press charges in opposition to her partner and was so very pleased of her when she did.
