The following list ranks the leading 25 companies with the most registered  patent regulation pros.  All of these firms have 100+ patent lawyers/brokers.  I also contain a note following the agency with some data about how the figures have changed considering that 2010.

Firms with the most significant losses of individuals due to the fact 2010 involve Kenyon & Kenyon (organization shut — 150 individuals) Brinks (down to 86 from 160, individuals still left to go to plenty of distinct locations) Woodcock (most joined BakerHostetler) Blakely Sokoloff (agency closed an many joined Womble Bond but also spin-off corporations of Jaffery Watson Nicholson De Vos) Connolly Bove (organization shut) Fitzpatrick Cella (Agency shut with numerous becoming a member of Venable) Ropes & Gray (lots of individuals still left to other corporations, such as spin-off Haley Guiliano) Novak Druce (heaps of poaching, which include by Polsinelli Duane Morris, etc.).

The checklist has a some large caveats.  (1) The information will come from the USPTO register, and some attorneys are not good at updating their information. For example. Kenyon & Kenyon closed its doors in 2016, but 30+ registrations still record the business.  (2) A selection of folks use their home (or some other) address alternatively than business handle for the registration. (3) Retired people normally do not update their registration.
