Florida election commission law firm arrested on little one porn charges

The top rated lawyer for the Florida fee that investigates and prosecutes election legislation violations is facing charges of possession of child pornography.

Eric M. Lipman, general counsel for the Florida Elections Fee, was arrested Wednesday on 11 counts of the crime. He was taken to the Leon County Detention Middle and later launched.

The Leon County Sheriff’s Place of work introduced his arrest Wednesday but did not mention his profession and would not verify it when questioned, citing Sunshine Regulation exemptions. Having said that, Tim Vaccaro, government director of the commission, acknowledged the arrest Thursday morning in an e-mail to the Tallahassee Democrat.
