Hundreds of regulation enforcement officers throughout the country are donating personalized human body armor and other protecting gear to Ukrainians. As war carries on to rage on, associates of Ukrainian legislation enforcement and civilians require, and in several scenarios are operating out of, personal protective devices.
“We want to make guaranteed that these counterparts overseas have the methods and we are supporting them to make them a safer country,” Larry Cosme, the president of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association, explained to Fox News.
FLEOA is the most significant nonprofit, nonpartisan federal regulation enforcement affiliation in the state. Cosme suggests his group is doing the job with federal and nearby companions to get the devices to Ukraine as quickly as feasible.

“It’s an overwhelming reaction. We cannot keep up with the tempo of the amount of money of products we are acquiring,” Cosme claimed.
Cosme claims system armor, which includes helmets, vests and goggles, are being donated. Clinical supplies and boots are also on the list. Weapons are not legally permitted to be transferred. The donations appear from the particular selection of associates of the legislation enforcement group.

FLEOA is doing work with Blue to Blue & Yellow, based in New Jersey, to transfer the donations overseas. The equipment then goes to the Ukraine American Coordinating Council and to the Return Alive Basis, which then will get it to Ukrainian citizens.
Cosme advised Fox Information that donating to Ukrainians has been a “no brainer” and FLEOA has been content to aid aid the donations.
